Hope you have a great day off this Memorial Day! I also hope you have a moment to pause and remember the great love and sacrifice so many men and women have shown us. We remember those who gave their lives for our freedom, and we also thank those veterans and current service men and women who humbly serve our country. Thank YOU for your love, sacrifice, and example!
In John 15:13, Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." Jesus equates "great love" with the action of "laying down one's life for someone." As we remember Jesus' love for us and the love of our servicemen and women perhaps we can ask ourselves, "How will I love someone today?"
